Granulator Piranha Series
These massive granulators are particularly designed and engineered to granulate a wide variety of materials by reducing their volume and preparing them for the following separating process.
The concentric free wheel can exponentially increase the cutting force of the blades.With its high-speed rotation, this Granulator can granulate a wide range of materials such as copper cables, PC boards, tires, wood, plastic, and so on.
A powerful hydraulic jack, controlled by a manual device, allows opening the head of the granulator for easy maintenance, blade regulation, and regular checking of the granulating chamber.
The harmonious rotation of the shaft is able to ensure a continuous and generous flow of granulated material. The Granulator series' reinforced structure can absorb any type of shock and is designed to last a long time. This Granulator has been specifically designed and manufactured to withstand high daily production rates. The size of the Output depends on the Grid used. All the grids are made of reinforced steel and are easily changeable.
